CodeSite 3

When used with CodeSite 3, CodeSiteEx introduces Send methods for the following types:

TGUID
Exception

Note: CodeSite 3 has its own implementation of TSmallPoint, TGraphic, and TPicture (the JPEG issue has been resolved) so these have been removed from CodeSiteEx for CodeSite 3.

Note: CodeSite 2 already had a SendException method. However, for compatibility with Visual Studio.Net, this method was changed to require an Exception object as a parameter in CodeSite 3. CodeSiteEx re-implements the original parameter-less SendException method when compiled for use with CodeSite 3.
